If this is your first time attending therapy, you can also book an initial consultation to discuss your needs and determine the most suitable therapy approach.

Free street parking is available on surrounding roads like Batemans Road and Hillcrest Avenue.
The clinic is fully wheelchair accessible and includes accessible restroom facilities. Clients attending for the first time are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before their session to complete any required forms or discuss referral documentation. Complimentary Tea/Coffee is available.

Flannel Psychology offers Telehealth sessions for clients across NSW and regional Australia. These sessions are delivered through a secure, encrypted video platform and follow the same structure as in-person consultations.
Telehealth is ideal for clients with limited travel options or those balancing professional and family responsibilities. All Medicare rebates and payments are available for Telehealth sessions.
